-          Textbook

-          Writing Material
It is the student’s responsibility to complete the missing HW if the student was absent.
The teachers will be available to help students with their homework or with missing work on Mondays during Study Hall or between 7:30-7:50 am every day at the Hebrew teacher’s office.

Late Policy
It is expected that student will submit assignments at or before the assigned due date. If a student fails to submit an assignment on the assigned due date, they will be required to fill out a form that indicates their failure to meet the due date.  This form will serve as a contract that is turned in to the front desk, scanned and sent to their teacher, parents and counselor giving the student three school days to complete the assignment and turn the assignment in to the assigning teacher at a 10% per day reduction.  After this time the assignment will not be accepted. Daily homework may not be accepted late or incomplete based on the discretion and policy of the assigning teacher.
Retake Policy
Students will have an opportunity to retake summative assessments when they score 75% or lower.  Summative assessment tasks are assessments that take place at the end of the teaching and learning process to assess a student’s mastery of the content and/or skills. Summative assessments consist mainly of unit tests and/or quizzes. A score of 75% demonstrates minimally meeting the standards.
Students who do not demonstrate meeting the standards will have the opportunity to retake the summative assessment one time to earn a higher grade, up to a 75%. In order to retake the summative assessment, students must meet with the teacher to get feedback as to how to better prepare and they must demonstrate that they have completed the necessary steps to improve performance. The summative assessment retake may or may not be in the same format as the first assessment, but will assess the same standards.

In School Printing Policy
As class time is for learning, any work that requires printing for submission should be printed before the class starts each day.  In an effort to support students who are having difficulty printing at home, students will be able to have out-of-class work printed at school from 7:25-7:55 am each day.  After 7:55 am, faculty and staff will not print student work.
