18 years ago Israeli prime minster Yitzchak Rabin was assassinated on the eve of November 4, 1995 (the12 of Heshvan)at the end a mass rally support od a peace process.

 In all classes we learned about Yitzchak Rabin's milestone life; Childhood and youth, the Palmach and the war of independence, six day war, ambassador to the USA, Prime minister, Peace with Jordan  and of course the Oslo agreement with the Palestinians.

The students asked many questions regarding the Peace process in Israel sine the assassination - 18 years later!! We are still hoping for peace to come!

Block 7: In class, we learned about an Ethiopian Jewish girl  that made an Aliya to Israel. We talked about the meaning of "Aliya" and the Diaspora. We also watched a movie that Explained the History of our Jewish brothers and sisters. We did not watched the whole movie in class. I promoted the students to   add the movie in the blog.
